Automated Workplace for a HR Manager Using Psycho-Informational Technologies
The article considers issues relevant to introduction of psycho-informational in HR management. A model automated workplace (AWP) is described that allows facilitating the work of a HR manager and using the socionic approach in his activities, including a test for determining of the socionic type and a socionic occupation profile test for determining the socionic type of a pretender as relevant to certain occupation or position (at least at the level of a "communicative model").

Drift of Transmitters, or On Possible Mechanism of Social Order Functioning
The article considers similar behavioral peculiarities of personality types grouped by "social order circuits". The relationship of this similarity to information flow direction in socion has been revealed, explications to such similarity proposed. Strive of personality types towards values of successive quadras along the social progress direction has been noticed. Mutual dependence between regularities of perinatal development and social order process in socion has been observed.

Socionicometry or Socionic Metrology
A concept of quantity of latent (i.e. failed to be implemented) values (LVQ) is proposed for studying relations in matrimonial pairs. Materials of 508 respondents display correlation between LVQ, evaluation of quality of relationships and the intertype relationships in socionics. It is proposed to implement attestation of methodologies of forecasting relationships between people.
