Efficient Management and Personnel Consulting Using Technologies of Socionics
Socionic methodologies developed by the International Socionics Institute and implemented along 11 years at 70 companies, enterprises and public bodies in personnel consulting, management and creation of teams proved to be highly efficient. They suit the tasks of creating organizational functional structure for specific objectives with optimal set of employees, as well as selection of candidates for vacant positions (especially key positions) providing best possible psychological, informational and business compatibility.

Humanitarian Technologies of the XXI Century
Socionics, the theory of informational metabolism, has developed, for the time of its development, a whole spectrum of new intellectual technologies used in pedagogic, investigation of interpersonal relations in family, psychotherapy, personnel management, for formation of effective workgroups and development of artificial intelligence systems. The article drafts a potential of socionic political technologies in implementation of social, economic, administrative, and armed forces reforms, also in public administration, conduct of ideological, election and advertising campaigns, as well as in instrumental implementation of an effective external and internal policy.

Application of Socionics in team management for evaluation of personnel potential is described. It is demonstrated that application of socionic analysis of personalities of employees allows increasing efficiency of team management, conducting thought-out personnel policy, selecting staff correctly in order to create a harmoniously cooperating team.
